Mika - E&I Technician
Mika graduated in Electrical Engineering from Scalda in Vlissingen four years ago. During his internship, he discovered TPT. “I liked working at TPT and after my studies I contacted a TPT employee, after which an interview followed. It had actually gone very fast, from one day to the next I was hired”.
Work Environment
Mika started as an Electrical Intern and has grown into a full-fledged E&I Technician. “I learn a lot and get the opportunity to develop myself in my profession. I value TPT’s supportive culture and good working atmosphere. It feels like a family” Mika says, “a place to develop, apply knowledge, and succeed together.”

Experience
Mika’s day looks different every time: “From renewing installations to solving complex malfunctions, no two days are the same.”
“One of the most challenging projects I had the pleasure of working on was connecting two brand new tanks. This required a lot of electrical work and thorough preparation for the reception of the tanks. Despite the tight deadline and the pressure that was on it, I managed to push myself and successfully completed the project. It was a demanding experience, but it also gave me a great sense of pride and confidence in my work.”

Marilène - Finance and Facility
Marilène started at TPT in October 2019 and has grown within the company into her current role in the Finance Team. Since 2025, she has also taken on responsibility for managing Facility. At TPT, we support growth and professional development so you can shape your career around your ambitions.
Working week
“My Mondays are reserved for school, while the rest of the week I focus on finance tasks such as managing mailboxes, booking invoices, and updating project sheets. I monitor salaries, budgets, and expense reports, ensuring everything remains accurate and up to date. In addition, keeping a clear overview of the ongoing projects is important in my role.”
“On Fridays, I am involved in facility tasks, from keeping track of stock of consumables in the office to scheduling lawn mowing, pest control, and coordinating site maintenance.”
Experience / Culture

In our organisation, we foster a culture of genuine interest and involvement, in which we maintain close relationships with our staff and regularly organise activities to have fun together. One of our well-known initiatives is Dolle Donderdag, where we take the time to eat something together.
Jan - Operator
Jan is one of our operators at TPT who has been with the company for 20 years. “I was hired at TPT without any prior knowledge and was able to continuing my education at the same time.” Jan grow within the company from Student Operator to All-round operator. He explains: “The variety of tasks has always motivated me. I appreciate the freedom I have to do my work in my own way.”
Operator
Jan has some advice for anyone considering a career as an Operator at TPT: “As a novice operator you can learn a lot here. There are many different tasks that you can perform and there is a high degree of collegiality. You are listened to and you get the opportunity to further develop yourself through training.”

Culture
During his time at TPT, Jan has experienced significant changes in technologies and processes. “Many tanks have been built, new production processes have been introduced, automation processes have accelerated and simplified work and improvements have been made in the field of safety”.
One project that Jan is particularly proud of is a customer’s request to produce ammonium acetate. “I was involved in the testing and it was a challenging process. It was a combination of chemical and mechanical processes and the success of this project made it really special.”
Jamie - Office Coordinator
Jamie joined TPT in 2020 as an Account Manager. “At TPT, I really feel I have found my place, both in my role and within the company”. Since then, Jamie has grown within the organisation and now holds the positions of Front Office Manager and Office Coordinator, besides her responsibilities as an Account Manager.
Workday
As an Account Manager, Jamie works in a dynamic environment where planning and maintaining customer satisfaction are key. “A typical day starts with checking emails and reviewing urgent matters. I process the orders, supervise the ongoing productions, make sure transporters load on time and take stock management.”
In her role as Front Office Manager, Jamie oversees the team and ensures that all Front Office operations run efficiently, providing every visitor with a professional and welcoming experience at TPT.
Career
Since December 2025, Jamie’s responsibilities have expanded, and she now combines her work as an Account Manager with her daily roles as Front Office Manager and Office Coordinator. As Office Coordinator, she oversees customer interactions and manages audits and client visits. She also serves as the first point of escalation for (operational) issues, both internally and externally.
Jamie explains: “I get a kick out of it when I get something done for the benefit of our company, but the customer is also satisfied. It’s an opportunity for me to grow and get better at my job.”
Baris - Data Analyst
After moving to Middelburg in 2021, I was looking for a place where I could truly grow. While my first role in Rotterdam gave me a solid foundation in logistics, finding TPT was a turning point. Moving to the data desk let me shape how we work through technology.
