At TPT, we invest not only in the growth of our company but also in the health and well-being of our employees. That's why we offer PMO (Preventive Medical Examinations) that are more comprehensive than the standard for everyone. This helps employees maintain a healthy work balance and identify any potential health risks.

Local healthy fruit twice a week is one of the many initiatives we have at TPT.

Good employment practices are more than just a great workplace. They mean caring for each other, helping each other when needed, and providing opportunities for personal development. Because when our employees feel good, we're stronger as a company than ever.

Appreciating what you have & investing in the future

Appreciating what you have & investing in the future

Sustainability at TPT starts with valuing what you have and maintaining and, if necessary, overhauling installations. It is essential not only for the continuity of production, but also for TPT's long-term goals.

Properly maintaining installations not only results in better performance, but also reduces our environmental impact. By overhauling where possible and handling the equipment we already have with care, we extend its lifespan and avoid unnecessary waste.

Whether it's nurturing what we have or expanding our production and services wisely and sustainably, the key to success lies in the balance between careful maintenance and strategic investments.

We do this together with our entire team and if you would like to join our operations, mechanical or E&I team - please contact tpt.nl/carriere
