At TPT, you don’t have to know everything from day one. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will support and guide you, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and grow step by step.
Funtion
As an Junior Engineer, you will contribute to a variety of technical projects within our factory. Together with experienced colleagues, you will help ensure that projects are well prepared and successfully executed. You will prepare and maintain technical documentation, making sure it is accurate, up to date, and of high quality. You will also create or modify simple technical drawings and isometric drawings, and support the preparation of project schedules, calculations, and budgets. You have a good understanding of costs and work carefully with project budgets, expenses, and changes. You will also ensure that the right materials are available on time.
You will work closely with colleagues across different departments and regularly communicate with suppliers and contractors. No two days are the same: one day you may be working on a technical modification, while the next day you could be involved in a project or contribute ideas for improving our installations. Step by step, you will develop your skills and grow into a well-rounded engineer.

- A higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking
- Experience in an industrial environment is a plus
- Able to create and/or modify simple technical and isometric drawings, or willing to further develop these skills
- Financially aware and committed to maintaining accurate documentation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Strong safety awareness: you take responsibility not only for your own safety, but also actively contribute to the safety of others
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
