Operations Supervisor Chemistry – 2-Shifts

Funtion

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of Operators within our production environment. You are responsible for achieving the production schedule and ensuring that daily operations are carried out in a safe and efficient way.
You maintain a clear overview of what is happening across the plant and you can quickly and effectively shift your focus between customer orders, staffing levels, maintenance activities and operational challenges. You set priorities, make well-considered decisions and ensure that your team and other people involved know where the focus should be.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute at a higher level by discussing and exchanging ideas on progress, challenges and priorities within the plant. Especially when pressure increases, you remain calm and focused, and offer structure. You continue to make the right safety-conscious decisions and ensure that people know what is expected of them.

You know the plant inside and out and are actively present in the production environment. When the situation requires it, you are not afraid to step in and work alongside the team to ensure that production continues in a safe and efficient way. At the same time, you look ahead: you identify unsafe situations and bottlenecks and take appropriate action where necessary. You actively contribute to improving processes and finding solutions to technical challenges.

In this role, you will have a great deal of responsibility and the opportunity to make a real difference together with your team. You understand the strengths and ambitions of your team members and ensure that they continue to develop, gain experience across different departments within Operations and have opportunities to grow. Together, you will help TPT build its future in a safe and sustainable way.

This position is based on a two-shift system; 06:00-14:30 and 14:00-22:30. The shifts rotate weekly.

Junior Engineer

Are you an Junior Engineer who enjoys working in a structured and accurate way, knows how to keep an overview, and is always curious about how things can be improved? Would you like the opportunity to work on your own small projects while also collaborating with experienced colleagues on process improvements and the expansion of new installation projects? Then we are looking for you!

At TPT, you don’t have to know everything from day one. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will support and guide you, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and grow step by step.

Funtion

As an Junior Engineer, you will contribute to a variety of technical projects within our factory. Together with experienced colleagues, you will help ensure that projects are well prepared and successfully executed. Enjoying Zeeland Together

Enjoying Zeeland Together

Last Saturday, the TPT team exchanged the workplace for the festival grounds of Concert at SEA.

Together with a large group of colleagues, we headed to the Brouwersdam for a day of music, good company, great food and meaningful conversations. We enjoyed the sunshine, took a few raindrops in our stride, and above all, appreciated the opportunity to spend quality time together outside the workplace.

At TPT, we believe that collaboration and team spirit go hand in hand. "Samen staan we sterk", both in the workplace and beyond.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such an enjoyable and memorable day.

23% – that’s something to be proud of!

23% – that’s something to be proud of!

Our colleagues are continuously developing themselves together with TPT through various educational programs at MBO, HBO, and university level. Currently, 23% of our employees are following an educational program alongside their daily work, a result we are incredibly proud of.

We invest in development not only for the skills you need today, but for the person you aspire to become tomorrow.

Among these colleagues are Denny and Tristan, two dedicated colleagues who combine their daily work in the field with their personal and professional growth.

At TPT, employees are given the opportunity to further develop themselves in roles such as Operator and to follow VAPRO training programs. By continuously investing in knowledge and expertise, we strengthen not only our processes, but also our people. This ensures that our team remains prepared for every challenge while continuing to build a workplace focused on quality, trust, and collaboration.
